Bryan Susilo directed his time and energy toward gaining the skills relevant for property and financial markets. By 15, Bryan was surrounded by many successful entrepreneurs who helped equip him in specialist knowledge with experience in areas of win-win entrepreneurship and creative financing strategies. This knowledge made him negotiate his first property at 16 with no money, no job and no previous experiences. By 18 Bryan, assisted by his sister, collected 10+ properties throughout Perth’s metropolitan areas and by 20, he decided to pursue value-adding enterprises in Property and the financial markets full-time.
Presently Bryan runs a small real estate business providing fast-money solutions to sellers of worn-down property and properties in need of urgent sale. Bryan Artawijaya Susilo also assists other aspiring home owners to achieve the dream of home ownership when the conventional banks say NO using specialist knowledge in areas of creative financing, renovations, sales and marketing, win-win negotiation, market analysis, and public presentation to assist.
